On-site badge printing

The BadgeMyEvent™ proprietary badging platform was built from the ground up with 2 concepts in mind.

Completely autonomous Ease of use for both attendee as well as on the on-site badging staff member. Keeping that registration line moving. Fast! Fast! Fast!

Self-Serve Badge printing kiosks

Attendees can either scan their QuickPrint™ QR Code they received in their registration receipt email or type their first and last name and then boom.. out prints their badge (1st print attempts only)

Standard Registration Desk

A combination of an array of Self-Service kiosks AND a properly staffed registration desk

The kiosks line prints out an adhesive label that needs to be affixed to any number of a special set of badges. The badge has a set of icons listed on it that an attendee can then take to the live registration desk staffer to receive their proper badge and any number of materials and/or giveaway bags. This option works best when your show attendee count is over 2k. In all of our years working shows, we have never seen anything as lightning fast as this process for really big events.

Self-Serve Badge printing kiosks

The cheapest and most universal way to put your attendee together with a live, super helpful registration staffer. Your attendees can scan their QuickPrint™ QR Code they received in their registration receipt email or just simply tell the staffer their name and let us do the rest.

With the exception of processing credit card transactions, everything you’ve read above comes standard in our $4999 Template Registration Website Package. We can go above and beyond our standard template development of your site for an additional $150 hourly fee, however we find in almost all of our clients jobs, big and small, this is just not necessary.

Most sites can be operational less than 30 days from the date of your contract with us. Rush jobs can be done in 7.

Lead Retrieval / Session Scanning

We really are a full service event solution. We can even provide onsite lead retrieval and session badge scanning at your next event. Our badge printing solution was developed exclusively for groups that need an event registration solution, as well as a system to print bar coded badges. This badge printing product is easily integrated, automatically logs print activities and maintains up-to-date attendance reports in real-time. There's no need to learn a new software.

  • How it works
    • Exhibitors are able to quickly collect vital attendee information and customize this data for immediate follow-up. A simple scan and go interface makes capturing data a cinch. Lead retrieval systems provide exhibitors with the ability to measure results against sales objectives and to justify the investment in time, energy and budget to exhibit at the event.
  • Using Lead Retrieval
    • Using your phone or tablet, head over to the APP Store or GOOGLE PLAY Store and download any QR-Code reader you like. Point your cell phone at an attendees barcoded badge and scan. You can add notes if you like (not required). The system will save this lead to YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS. Thats it! Check your email, you should have a welcome link that will allow you to login, preview, pay and download your leads. Even if you have already made a payment, you can still continue to scan at no additional charge.
  • Why is it better?
    • Any great system must have 2 primary components that put it above the rest.. Super fast hardware with no lag (your phone) and the simplest and easiest to use intuitive GUI interface. We have both!
